Wajah Kesayangan Hamba

 
Mama baru dapat balik ke office sendiri ari nih, ini pun temporary . Seminggu nih kena still pi ke vendor place and melayan kerenah birokrasi. Gambar baru??? tadak yillek...nih ader satu baper minggu dah amik. Jumpa lagi k.

Resipi Nasi Minyak

Resipi nih adalah sebagai panduan. Saya pun ader alter sikit lebih kurang ikut selera waktu masak ari tuh. Alhamdulillah jadilah . Jadi just give it a try ok. some measurements might differ during preparing for the food

Nasi Minyak(serve 4-6pax)

Bahan-bahan
1) Beras Basmathi 4 pot
2) Minyak sapi 1 sudu besar
3) Minyak Masak 1/2 cawan
4) Bawang besar 1.5biji
5) Bawang putih 2-3 ulas
6) Halia sebesar ubi jari
7) Rempah ratus(kulit kayu manis, buah pelaga, bunga cengkih, bunga lawang)
Air (4-5cawan ikut kesesuaian beras)
9) Susu cair 1/2 cawan
10) daun ketumbar
11) Sos tomato 1 sudu besar
12) garam & gula secukup rasa
13) daun pandan 2 helai
14) Colouring ikut citarasa

Cara memasak
1) Beras dibasuh bersih dan ditoskan, bila kering masukkan dlm periuk nasi
2) Panaskan minyak sapi+masak then tumiskan bahan #4-7 sampai wangi didalam kuali berasingan. Bila bwg dah tukar jd golden yellow and wangi, msukkan dlm periuk nasi tadi. Campurkan susu cair, sos tomato, garam halus(anggaran 1 sudu besar dan gula secukup rasa). Then masukkan daun ketumbar dan daun pandan for more flavouring.
3) Masak nasi tuh dlm 20 mins, bila suiz tuh turn to standby, titiskan few spot of coloring ikut citarasa, saya guna 3 color, kuning, merah dan hijau, titiskan guna sudu kecik dlm 9-10 spot. then turn the switch on for another 5 mins. Then bila nak hidang tgh2 panas baru gaul. Berhati-hati jgn sampai pecah beras.

Kuzi daging(serve 6 pax or more)


Bahan-bahan

1) Daging 1kg atau Ayam 1 ekor

(A)
1) Bawang merah 9-10 ulas
2) Bawang besar 1 biji
-hiris halus kedua-dua bawang and then goreng sampai jadi wangi kuning ke coklatan. Put it
aside.(mcm nak buat bawang goreng)

(B)
1) 10 ulas bawang merah
2) 5-6 ulas bwg putih
3) 2 inci halia
-bahan-bahan ini hendaklah diblend

(c)
1) Rempah masak terengganu 2-3 sudu{kalau takde rempah nih, sila habaq saya buleh bagitau camna nak buat sendiri rempah nih]
2) susu cair dlm 1/2 cawan
3) tomato sos 1/2 cawan
4) Kicap pekat dlm 3-4 sudu besar

**pehatian**
Bahan A, B dan C hendaklah diperap/digaul bersama daging atau ayam tadi.


(D)
1) Bawang besar 1 biji
2) Halia 1 ibu jari
3) Rempah ratus(kulit kayu manis, buah pelaga, bunga cengkih, bunga lawang)

Cara Memasak

1) Tumis bahan D sampai wangi dgn minyak masak secukupnya. Sila anggar la erk.
2) Bila dah wangi just campurkan daging yg sudah diperap dan digaul ngan segala jenis rencah diatas.
3) Biar dier empuk, org tganu kata mati air.
4) Then masukkan garam/gula secuikup rasa
5) Masak sampai daging empuk (maybe 20-30min)
6) Kalau kuah terlalu pekat/kering, campur air panas.
7) mahukan kuah lebih hitam, masukkan kicap
Kalau Kuah terlalu cair, masukkan susu dan kicap lagi.
** kalau malas nak buat bhn (A) buleh guna bawang goreng yg beli kat kedai, tp makcik kata tak best nanti kuah jadi terlebih pekat.

Nasi Minyak Buah Bidara



Aktiviti memasak berminggu2 yg lepas. Teringan yg amats nak makan nasi minyak Terengganu style. KAlau dulu, call ajer tganu, suh arwah wan efi masak. Balik rumah sume terhidang. La nih, hah amik ko, sume kena wat dr scratch. Bukan takleh beli, tapi kalau kat KL ampehs. Kalau balik KT senang ajer nak cari. Uwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

So, last-last, godek2 peti, jumpa rempak masak nasi minyak authentic dr terengganu khas utk kuzi daging. Try call makcik kat tganu, mintak petua sikit, so mama efi start bersilat kat dapur. Hasilnya, 9 pot nasi licin. Daging 1.5kg, ayam 1.5ekor, sume licin dibedal oleh keluarga kami . Syok. (nih bukan aja, efi, papa and mama, tapi campur, Atuk, Opah, Pak ngah & pak usu, alang and Uda sekali)

Waktu rasa kuzi tuh, sebijik cam arwah wan buat, mama siap nangis-nangis lagi. Emo sokmo mama. Tapi yelah all these while take things for granted, la nih, hah padan muka aku.

Anyway alhamdulillah. La nih, tgh pening mana nak cari resipi rendang cam arwah wan nih. Dier sorang ajer wat rendang style gitu. Raya dah dekat nih. Mampus.
